OKX has restricted lots of regions like the USA, Canada, Singapore and more. According to section 2.2 of OKX's terms of service, the following countries are prohibited from using OKX:
Restriction of Derivatives
In Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, OKX is available but the use of derivatives are prohibited. For alternatives, you can check out ApeX, a decentralized exchange with up to 30x leverage that was created by Bybit. There's also MEXC, one of the largest derivatives exchanges with 200x leverage and no KYC.
Can You Use A VPN?
Using a VPN to change your location will not work with OKX because they have a mandatory KYC policy. All users must verify their identity in order to deposit and trade on the exchange so a VPN can't bypass this.
